Apple Cinnamon Croissant Pudding

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
In the mini coquettes, grease the pots with butter.
Cut croissants (2) and apple (1) into small pieces. Stuff both croissants and apples into mini coquettes.
In a measuring cup, whisk together eggs (2), heavy cream (½ cup), cinnamon (1 tsp) and vanilla extract (1) until thoroughly combined. Add mixture to each coquette till the top layer is soaked.
On a baking sheet, place coquettes uncovered in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve immediately and top with maple syrup.
