Instructions

  1. Combine milk (½ cup), heavy cream (1 ¼ cups), powdered sugar (2 Tbsp) and instant coffee powder (2 tsp) in a saucepan over medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes, whisking to dissolve sugar and coffee powder.

  2. In the meantime, roughly chop chocolate (1 ½ cups) into small bite-sized pieces.

  3. Remove saucepan from heat and gradually combine chocolate pieces into the cream mixture until all pieces are melted. Add hazelnut spread (1 Tbsp) and mix until thoroughly combined. Set aside to cool.

  4. In a stand mixer, combine heavy cream (1 cup), powdered sugar (2 Tbsp) and vanilla extract (1 tsp). Whisk on medium speed for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.
